James L. Hess
Operations Services
Jim Hess was promoted to Vice President of Operations Services in 2004. He joined the Company in 1995 as Staff Vice President of Operations where he directed the Company’s continuous improvement efforts. Jim held a similar position for 15 years at Dupont’s Quality Management & Technology Center and is co-author of the graduate textbook on statistics entitled Statistical Design and Analysis of Experiments with Applications to Engineering and Science.
