Nominating, Governance and Sustainability Committee
The Nominating, Governance and Sustainability Committee is governed by a written charter. The Committee's duties are to:
(i) assist the Board in the oversight of corporate governance principles, policies and procedures,
(ii) identify qualified candidates for Board membership,
(iii) develop and recommend to the Board a set of corporate governance principles for the Company, and
(iv) oversee the Company’s corporate responsibility and sustainability policies and programs, including environmental, social and governance matters.
