David S. Haffner Chief Executive Officer and President

Dave Haffner was elected Chief Executive Officer of the Company in 2006 and has served as President since 2002. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer from 1999 until 2006, as Executive Vice President from 1995 to 2002 and in other capacities since 1983. Mr. Haffner also serves as a director of Bemis Company, Inc., a manufacturer of flexible packaging and pressure sensitive materials. He was first elected as a director of the Company in 1995.

Karl G. Glassman Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President

Karl Glassman was elected Chief Operating Officer of the Company in 2006 and he has served as Executive Vice President since 2002. He previously served as President of the Residential Furnishings Segment from 1999 to 2006 and as Senior Vice President of the Company from 1999 to 2002. He has served in various other capacities since 1982. He was first elected as a director of the Company in 2002.

Matthew C. Flanigan Senior Vice President - Chief Financial Officer

Matt Flanigan assumed the role of Vice President - Chief Financial Officer for the Company in 2003 and was promoted to Senior Vice President - Chief Financial Officer in 2005. He joined the Company in 1997 and served as President of the Office Furniture Components Group from 1999 to 2003. Matt's previous work experience includes 13 years in the banking industry at Société Générale and InterFirst Bank, both in Dallas. He was first elected as a director of the Company in May 2010.

Jack D. Crusa Senior Vice President, President - Specialized Products Segment

Jack Crusa has served the Company in various capacities since 1986. In 1995 he was named Vice President of the Company and President of the Automotive & Tubular Products Unit. He became a Senior Vice President of the Company in 1999 and was appointed President of Industrial Materials that same year. In 2004, he assumed additional responsibilities as President of Specialized Products. Before joining the Company, Jack worked as a CPA for BKD, LLP.

Perry E. Davis Senior Vice President, President - Residential Furnishings Segment

Perry Davis has served the Company in various capacities since 1981. He became a Vice President of the Company in 2005, and President of the Bedding Group in 2006. In 2012 he was named a Senior Vice President of the Company, and President of the Residential Furnishings Segment.

David M. DeSonier Senior Vice President - Strategy & Investor Relations

Dave DeSonier joined the Company as Vice President - Investor Relations in 2000. He served as Vice President - Investor Relations and Assistant Treasurer from 2002 to 2007, was appointed Vice President - Strategy and Investor Relations in 2007, and was named Senior Vice President in 2011. Prior to his employment with Leggett & Platt, Dave worked for Atlantic Richfield (a major integrated oil company) from 1980 to 2000 in strategic planning, investor relations, financial management and analysis, and technical positions.

Scott S. Douglas Senior Vice President - General Counsel

Scott Douglas joined the Company in 1987. He served in various positions in the Company's Legal Department, including serving as Associate General Counsel - Mergers & Acquisitions from 2001 until December, 2007. In January, 2008, he was appointed Vice President - Law and Deputy General Counsel. In 2010, Scott was appointed Vice President - Law and General Counsel. In 2011, Scott was appointed Senior Vice President - General Counsel.

Joseph D. Downes Jr. Senior Vice President, President - Industrial Materials Segment

Joe Downes has served in several capacities in the Company's Wire Group since 1980. He became a vice president of the Company and President of the Wire Group in 1999. He was named President of the Industrial Materials Segment in 2004 and became a Senior Vice President in 2005.

John G. Moore Senior Vice President - Chief Legal & Human Resources Officer and Secretary

Prior to joining the Company in 1993, John Moore served as an attorney for Stinson Morrison Hecker in Kansas City, Missouri. In 2001 he was appointed Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Associate Secretary of the Company. He became Vice President - Corporate Governance and Deputy Secretary in 2006. John also became head of Corporate Affairs in 2007, Vice President of Human Resources in 2008 and was named a Senior Vice President in 2011.

Dennis S. Park Senior Vice President, President - Commercial Fixturing & Components

Dennis Park was elected President of the Commercial Fixturing & Components Segment in 2006. He joined the Company in 1977, and after several years in sales and marketing positions, he served as President of the Home Furniture and Consumer Products areas of the business from 1994-2006. He was elected a Vice President of the Company in 1996.

William S. Weil Vice President - Corporate Controller

Bill Weil has served the Company in several accounting positions since 1984. He became a Vice President of the Company in 2000 and has served as Controller since 1991. He was appointed the Principal Accounting Officer of the Company in 2004.
