Shareholders and other interested parties may write to the Board by email at chairmanoftheboard@leggett.com, which communications are received directly by Richard Fisher, the Board’s Chairman.
Shareholder communications can also be sent to the address listed above. This correspondence is reviewed by the Corporate Secretary's office, which periodically forwards to Mr. Fisher all communications except items unrelated to the functions of the Board of Directors (for example, advertisements and junk mail).
In his discretion, Mr. Fisher may forward communications to the full Board or to any or all of the independent directors for further consideration. |
